Casper Agents is an AI and automation consultancy brand helping mid-size companies in traditional sectors build operational infrastructure that scales.
For the purposes of data protection law, Casper Agents acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Casper Exchange portal. Questions about this policy can be directed to contact@casperagents.com.

Casper Exchange
Casper Exchange is a private document portal used to share confidential materials with named clients. Access is by invitation only, protected by a unique password per client room.
What is logged when you access Exchange: the time and date of access, your IP address, your browser and device information, and which files you opened. This log is accessible only to Casper Agents and is used solely for security and engagement purposes.
By accessing a password-protected room, you acknowledge that your access activity is logged as described above. Files shared through Exchange are confidential and intended solely for the named recipient. They may not be redistributed without written permission from Casper Agents.

How long we keep it
