The website describes Casper, our approach, selected work and the kinds of problems we work on. It is provided for general business information.

Nothing on the site creates a client relationship, forms a binding offer, or replaces project-specific professional, legal, financial or technical advice. A Casper engagement begins only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement.

Case studies describe specific work and circumstances. Results from one project do not guarantee the same result for another business. Outcomes depend on the starting process, data, systems, scope, adoption and other conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, copy, graphics, diagrams, brand elements and other site content are owned by Casper or used with permission.

You may view and share links to the site for ordinary business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape at scale, remove attribution from, or create misleading derivative uses of the site content without permission or another legal right to do so.

• Do not use automated access in a way that materially degrades the service or violates applicable law.

The site may link to services operated by third parties, including our Google Calendar booking page. Those services are controlled by their providers and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not make Casper responsible for a third-party service.

Commercial terms, confidentiality, data protection, ownership, security commitments, warranties, liability, governing law and other project-specific matters are defined in the written agreement for each client engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms in relation to the engagement, the client agreement controls.

We may update these terms as the website or our business changes. Mandatory laws that apply to you remain unaffected. Governing law and jurisdiction for paid client work are set out in the applicable client agreement.
