What needed to change
Clinics run on records software designed for everyone, and therefore for no one.
In a specialist field like eye care, that mismatch shows up everywhere: intake is slow and fragmented, and records don't follow the way the clinic actually works.
Clinicians end up bending their process to fit the software instead of the other way around.

Co-developed, not handed over
A leading, internationally present Serbian eye clinic is the design partner, and the product is being set up first as that clinic's own working system.
